François graduated from the University of Grenoble in Computer Engineering. He worked as a hospital engineer in the two university hospitals in Grenoble then Lyon. He currently hold a position within the Hospices Civils de Lyon (HCL) and the Digital Services Department for the implementation of the Health Data Warehouse in the establishment.
